Janitronics founded Concepts IV in 1993 to introduce Team Cleaning® to custodial departments throughout the New York State Public Schools System. These departments relied on the zone system, which is less efficient and wastes precious budget dollars. Team Cleaning® reduces costs while improving quality. It is the most advanced system in the industry.

In July 1995, Concepts IV introduced national executive seminars and workshops on “How to Implement Team Cleaning®.” Concepts IV is now the main conduit for information about accelerated system cleaning. A who’s who of organizations from healthcare, educational, industrial, building service contractors segments and industry consultants attend the seminars. The list of organizations Concepts IV works with exceeds 3000. We are recognized as the leading trainer and implementation resource of Team Cleaning®.

Training & Education

Concepts IV offers three programs to familiarize you with Team Cleaning® through: National Executive Seminars, Custom On-Site Seminars and Train the Trainer School. We will also work with you at your facility to set up the Team Cleaning® system, with direct training of your personnel.
