Janitronics views cleaning as a science. There is ultimately one reason to clean the built environment: removal of bio-contaminants, which may create an unhealthy condition.

Based upon “Cleaning for Health™” and the needs of our customers, we created a new management and operational plan to deliver our services: “Systeam Cleaning™”.

At a time when customers are demanding increased quality at reduced costs and the market for qualified workers is at an all time low, it is critical to develop systems that not only attempt to meet the customer challenge but exceed it. We feel our system is accomplishing that.

Every facility is different and cleaning specifications vary; therefore, it was necessary to build flexibility and ease of training into our system. The following is a brief outline of the key components, which are the base foundation of “Systeam Cleaning™”.
