The Facility Survey

Janitronics’ initial survey of a facility is the basis of the service program design. There are critical objectives to be met, including: determine net cleanable square footage; divide by type of floor covering; examine all finishes; and analyze traffic patterns.

A specification schedule is created to identify the level of cleaning to be achieved. This is accomplished by defining cleaning procedures and frequencies, and is driven by the Cleaning for Health™ standard.

Janitronics also receives specifications from prospects requesting quotations. We review the submission and make recommendations to assist the prospect in fine-tuning the schedule to meet their quality and financial considerations.
