Direct supervision is the key to meeting Janitronics’ service objectives. Many factors, including work ethic, diversity and social conditions, make supervision a challenge. Janitronics supervisory personnel are continuously exposed to training which focuses on employee attitude, motivation, self-esteem and self-direction.

Our Systeam Cleaning™ system is built around trained specialists, time bound workflow, specific tasks on specific days and rotational procedures allowing for greater management and ease of training.

All supervisors are required to attain the industry Registered Building Service Manager (RBSM) designation within one year of employment. Additional technical certifications are available for personal growth and development. Management advancement is greatly enhanced through individual accomplishments.
