Jim Harris, Sr. founded Janitronics, Inc. in Albany, New York in 1972. Today, Janitronics has offices throughout the Northeast. Our focus and mission is to deliver quality cleaning services. Total Quality Management (TQM) provides a solid foundation for our dedication to Cleaning For Health™.
In 1980, Jim Harris, Sr. co-founded The Maids International, a residential maid service utilizing TQM concepts and team structure. The Maids has 243 offices in North America and is the second largest maid service internationally, recognized by the industry as providing the most progressive service system.
Concepts IV, a consulting and training subsidiary, was founded in 1993 by Jim Harris, Sr. to service the New York State Public School system. We introduced Team Cleaning™ Systems to custodial groups to increase productivity.
In July of 1995, Concepts IV introduced national executive seminars and workshops on “How To Implement Team Cleaning™,” becoming the foremost center for evolution of Team Cleaning™. Top executives from the healthcare, educational, corporate and service contractor sectors attend the seminars.
Janitronics offers total facility services providing all personnel, equipment and materials; management services with on-site managers to direct an in-house workforce; national educational seminars through Concepts IV; and training and implementation of high performance Team Cleaning™ Systems.
Customers play a key role in service quality and business expansion. Their input represents critical performance evaluation criteria. Inspection tours, QA meetings and consistent daily operations ensure satisfactory levels of service.
